Hmmm...I guess it is somewhat deceitful. I say honesty is the best policy. Besides you want them to feel just as guilty for eating it as you do, right? LOL

Hmmm... I think maybe it's okay to hide something once in a while... Maybe like... if say I wanted to save those almonds for my cereal.. then it would be alright to hide them, say... behind the curtain that hides that hideous spot in my kitchen where a dishwasher used to be under the counter. Yes?

Is everyone assuming you hid the dough for you to eat and no one else?
It is not wrong to protect your love ones from calories, fats, sugars!
Now on the other hand, if they ate all the lettuce first, well...;o)

well .... concidering I didn't do so hot on the cookie dough that I actually baked I will more than likely have to use up the "stash" to make better ones.... you know ones you don't forget in the oven.... if those I baked were decent then perhaps I would continue with my.... shall we say.... not revealing Knowledge issue... but oh well ... I did eat some raw and that was enough....

Not at all wrong! Hiding it under the lettuce is perfectly fair since anyone could find it if they tried hard enough...

ah share it- you can always make more. (plus you'd be the most popular mom on the block.)
