still here.

well I am still here.
it has been a really stressful week.....okay two weeks. I have a lot of war hoops to drive around
and I average about 46 hrs a week. I go in early and leave late. it is just the nature of the job.
I could be a pill and demand my hours and shuck the work back on someone elses desk....but that is and will never be how I am. Darren has been supportive on this because he knows that if I get this job a a permanent position I will be working like this anyway. keep praying that I do get a job here please. although it is stressful and can be a bit heart wrenching it is still the most rewarding job I have ever had. for instance when a child that tryed to bit you the first time you tryed to buckle them in and would never let you touch them, three weeks later lets you hold their hand to cross the street and is non stop talking and asking questions and lets only you buckle them in....that is rewarding.
anyway, my weekends have been full of spending time with my kids...we have gone rollerskating, mall walking, movie watching, making cakes..(.David did that all by him self), going to the parks, going to walmart in far away towns, and cleaning house.
but....this weekend....yeah MOM needed a break......so I was taken to a motel and was pampered,oh yeah baby! I lay ed around and watched cable(we don't have cable) we swam in the heated pool and soaked in the hot tub and ....... ate in bed and drank pop. GMJ had the kids.
it was a well needed break. now I am ready to start again....oh yeah they made (mom and Darren) go shopping and buy new clothes...yes I said made...I don't buy clothes for myself. but I now have some new jeans and three new tops and two unmentionables. so that about covers it every one is now caught up.
no Darren is not working yet :( he does need to get it in gear he needs a part time evening job, to make some money. he is doing fine other wise.

I had to laugh when you said that you watched cable at the hotel. I am addicted to the home improvement and travel shows that I only get to see when I am staying in a hotel. We don't have cable either. It sounds like you had a very relaxing time. The pool and hot tub sound great!

I am glad that your job is rewarding, it makes a difference, doesn't it.

I'm glad you had a pampered weekend. Sounds like it was a success.

I'm thinking that maybe I should come up one weekend that Denis works so that we can go roller skating together. What do you think? It would be a quick up and back thing, so maybe up Friday, skate Sat and then I go home...?

Glad to hear from you! It really sounds like a rewarding job that you have. That is good!
I am also glad to hear you got a break over the weekend, that was nice! Yeah..I wondered already how you were doing, I figured you must be very busy. Once our German Restaurant is open (May/June frame) my blogging times will be limited, too!! Haha. That is a store.

Glad to hear from you. I was afraid maybe you skated off into Never Never Land.

Yes, jobs where children learn to love and trust you are the most rewarding jobs in the world!
