now on saterday we hung around till about 11am and then we went here the corn maze. we went with my brother n law and his family the maze was alot of fun except it was like sloshing threw mud that was sooooo soupy that you would think you were in a cow pasture on a bad day. so once we finished that we went on a hay ride to the pumkin patch to pick out our pumkins, thennnnn we went on a cow train........ mmmhmmm that is really just barrells (plastic) painted like cows and cut in half with a seat in it.... it was fun. the kids had a blast and all in all we had a great time. this Sunday we went to church and then took the kids over to GMJ house so me and my hub could go to IKEA for a date. they carved the pumkins they picked out . it was a GREAT week end.

What a fun day! How long did it take you guys to get through the corn maze?
well the first section took us about 30 minutes maybe less, th second half took about another 30 or more. the big bike wheel was the tuffest. by that time we had taken emmy's shoes of because she kept getting stuck. didn't faze her at all. it was a blast.
That looks like fun. I've never done a corn maze. Maybe next year...

it is The Pumpkin Patch on Sauvie Island. they have one every year.
darren and I have wanted to go on a date there for ever. but we decided that the kids are old enough to go and I am sooooo very glad we took them. I think we will do it again next year.
sorry Kris , IKEA store was so much fun to go threw with darren.
we only saw the top floor and that took two hours.so we had to get back to get the kids cause we said we'd only be gone for a few hours....;)
